Job Description

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for MEP works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate measurement and cost evaluation.
Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure adherence to budget.
Assist in preparing contract documents, change orders, and payment certificates.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve cost-related issues.
Conduct site visits for measurement verification and progress monitoring.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and contractual requirements.
Prepare regular cost reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years total experience, with at least 5+ years in a consultancy.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
Relevant UAE experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity surveying, and cost management practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Immediate availability preferred (Notice Period: 0-1 week).
