Mep Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for MEP works.
Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering.
Review and analyze tenders, contracts, and change orders.
Track project costs and compile reports for management.
Manage procurement and subcontractor payments.
Monitor variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure scope and cost control.
Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and standards.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
