Job Title:
MEP Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical MEP systems
Conduct cost estimation, material take-offs, and cost control for projects
Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for accurate cost reporting
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in tender evaluations
Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and payment certificates
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and industry standards
