We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in cost estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost plans, and tender documents for a variety of high-profile projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MEP QS and Estimation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
