Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in MEP QS within contracting companies
Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Proficiency in cost estimation and variation preparation
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to join immediately is preferred
Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs
Prepare variations, claims, and progress reports
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
Support tender submissions and project cost control
