is urgently seeking an experiencedMEP Quantity Surveyor
to join our team in Dubai.Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a dedicated MEP Quantity Surveyor in the UAE/GCC.Expertise:
Strong skills in cost estimation, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), preparing BoQs, variations, and contractual claims management.Availability:
Must be able to joinimmediately
.Visa Status:
Preference for candidates with apersonal/own visa
.Education:
Degree in QS, Construction Management, or relevant Engineering.Responsibilities Overview:
Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP projects, including budgeting, tendering, cost control, processing payments, and final account settlement.
