Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

MEP Quantity Surveyor

. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in

MEP works

within the

industrial buildings construction sector

in the UAE. You will be responsible for the cost estimation, measurement, and financial control of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of various industrial buildings consutruction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works Analyze drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement processes Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle Assess variations, prepare claims, and manage contractual correspondence Collaborate with project engineers and site teams to ensure alignment on scope and quantities Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts Maintain updated records and reports for MEP-related expenditures

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) Minimum 4 years' experience in a

UAE-based contracting company

Strong focus on MEP works

- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Experience working on

industrial building projects

is highly desirable Solid knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, and MEP subcontractor pricing Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
