Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP QS roles (preferably in infrastructure or building projects).
Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD takeoff or PDF drawing takeoff , CESMM3 measurement standard or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
Perform MEP quantity takeoffs from AutoCAD drawings or PDF plans.
Prepare BOQs, material quantity sheets, and cost estimates for MEP works.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Support procurement with material cost evaluation and supplier comparison.
