(Mechanical- QS) with bellow qualifications:
1. Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets for mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
2. Perform quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings, specifications, and site visits.
3. Analyze subcontractor quotations and negotiate to ensure best value.
4. Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
5. Manage project variations and changes in scope and assess their financial impact.
6. Monitor project costs and cash flow, reporting regularly to management.
7. Conduct site visits to verify actual quantities and progress against reports.
8. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth cost control and contract execution.
9. Assist in procurement and sourcing of mechanical materials and subcontractors.
10. Support in the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documents.
