Preparing cost plans, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project specifications.
Quantity Take-offs:
Precisely measuring and quantifying MEP materials and labor for accurate cost calculations.
Tender Evaluation and Negotiation:
Assisting in the evaluation of bids, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing tender documents.
Cost Monitoring and Control:
Tracking project costs against budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Change Order Management:
Assessing and managing variations, claims, and cost adjustments during the project lifecycle.
Reporting and Communication:
Preparing cost reports, progress reports, and communicating with project stakeholders on financial matters.
Collaboration with Design Teams and Contractors:
Working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost-effective design solutions.
Adherence to Regulations and Standards:
Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Specific Tasks:
Preparing BOQs for MEP works.
Analyzing and examining material costs.
Assessing material needs for the project.
Developing subcontractor packages.
Developing and maintaining quantity take-offs, interim valuations, and cost value reconciliations.
Monitoring and recording project costs.
Assisting with risk and value management.
Collaborating with the design team for cost studies and value engineering.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
