Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of QA Plans, QA/QC Procedures, Method statements, ITP's, checklists at the Project. Ensure practical effective downstream implementation of the Project QA/QC Plans and procedures through regular site visits. Liaise and coordinate at required Management levels at the site, on ISO QMS implementation, QA/QC issues, NCR's, customer complaints etc. Plan and implement phased inspections/ Follow up Inspections with a team of Q/A, Q/C staff including sampling and testing of MEP works and installations. Carry out investigation, root cause analysis, CAR/PAR and closure of NCR's for both sub-contractors and company employees works. Ensure non-conformance records are, recorded, collected and reported for Corrective/preventive action. Ensure that necessary controls for site quality work and proper documentation are in place at the site Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, planed, carried out, evaluated and recorded at the site. Oversee production of technical and management system reports e.g. drawings and material, inspections submittals, their approval and rejection status, analytical review of the collected data and necessary corrective measures for continual improvement process of the project QMS system. Plan, liaise and execute internal and external ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System audits in coordination with QMR of the Division.
Desired Candidate Profile

University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in related discipline QA/QC training certifications from reputed institutes with minimum two years' experience as QA/QC role preferably in Electro Mechanical contracting business. Internal Quality auditor certification with minimum two years ISO 9001 QMS Management Experience preferably in Electro Mechanical contracting business. Computer application (words and Excel ) Good Management and inter personal skills. Good presentation and report writing skills in English. Self-motivated and self-starter
