We are hiring an experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for MEP systems
Review and submit material submittals, method statements, risk assessments, and technical documents
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
Monitor MEP works for quality, safety, and progress
Prepare inspection reports, test records, NCRs, and close them with technical solutions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams on quality matters
Support project teams in quality control and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Minimum 5+ years' experience as an MEP QA/QC Engineer in high rise building projects
Strong knowledge of international MEP standards and quality systems
Experience with inspections, testing, and quality documentation
Good communication and problem-solving skills
