to ensure quality compliance for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for MEP works as per project specifications
Conduct inspections for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on quality issues
Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans
Witness testing & commissioning activities
Ensure all MEP works meet approved drawings and specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field)
Minimum
2 years of MEP QA/QC experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential projects preferred
Good documentation and communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred (optional)
