Implement and manage QA/QC procedures for all MEP-related activities in line with project requirements and company standards.
Review and verify MEP drawings and shop drawings to ensure they comply with project specifications and applicable codes.
Conduct regular inspections and witness testing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
Identify and document any non-conformances; propose corrective actions and verify their implementation.
Ensure that MEP installations are executed as per approved designs, materials, and method statements.
Oversee testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of MEP systems in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, ITPs, checklists, material approvals, and test records.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, and support continual improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to site engineers and technical staff regarding QA/QC procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MEP QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory codes applicable to MEP systems.
Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC platforms such as Aconex or Procore.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
