Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific
Quality Management Plan (QMP)
in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to identify quality requirements.
Conduct
inspection and testing
of materials, construction works, and equipment to ensure compliance with approved standards.
Prepare and maintain
Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Checklists
.
Monitor and report
non-conformances (NCRs)
and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Coordinate with
consultants, clients, and subcontractors
for inspections and quality approvals.
Ensure calibration and certification of testing equipment are up to date.
Conduct
internal quality audits
and participate in third-party audits.
Maintain and update
QA/QC documentation
, including material approvals, test results, and inspection reports.
Ensure proper implementation of
ISO 9001:2015 standards
and company quality policies.
Provide technical support and training to site teams on quality requirements.
Monitor and ensure
concrete, steel, MEP, and finishing works
meet the required standards.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring overall quality objectives are achieved on time.
