to join our growing team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations and operations comply with project specifications, international standards, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and implement project quality plans and inspection test plans (ITP) for MEP works.
Conduct inspections for MEP installations (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV systems, etc.) as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to close non-conformities and quality issues.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all QA/QC activities in line with project and client requirements.
Conduct internal audits and site quality walks to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure they meet project specifications and approved submittals.
Lead the preparation and submission of QA/QC reports, including final handing-over dossiers.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in a similar role, with
at least 3 years in the UAE
working on major MEP projects (commercial, residential, infrastructure).
Strong knowledge of
UAE regulations
, local authority approvals (DEWA, ADDC, DM, etc.), and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, IEC).
Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
