We are looking for an experienced

MEP QA/QC Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. This role will involve ensuring that all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

systems meet the required project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. As part of the project team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the

QA/QC plan

for all MEP works. Ensure compliance of all MEP activities with contract specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. Conduct

internal audits

and

inspections

to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Review and approve materials, method statements, and

inspection test plans (ITPs)

. Ensure MEP activities align with

ISO, ASHRAE, NFPA, BS

, and other relevant standards. Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality records, reports, and documentation. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

5-10 years of experience

in MEP QA/QC roles, preferably in the UAE. Solid understanding of

MEP systems

and relevant standards. Experience with

QA/QC procedures, inspections, audits

, and documentation. Familiarity with

ISO, ASHRAE, NFPA, and BS standards

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates inside UAE are welcome to apply.
