:
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations to ensure they meet all design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Implement, develop, and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs) for all MEP activities.
Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, recommend corrective actions, and manage quality-related documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality control issues.
Ensure compliance with local/international codes and regulations.
Review and approve MEP materials and components, supervise system testing and commissioning prior to handover.
Maintain thorough records of QA/QC activities and progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
2-4 years of experience in MEP quality control or similar role, ideally in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit is an advantage.
Attention to detail and strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; relevant certifications in QA/QC or ISO 9001 are a plus.
