Immediate Joining

Project Planning and Design

: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems in construction projects Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs Develop project schedules and budgets specific to MEP project components delivery

Project Management

: Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations Manage subcontractors and vendors relating to MEP systems and materials

Team Leadership and Collaboration

: Provide technical guidance and training to the project team regarding MEP systems Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting their career growth and success

Quality Control and Assurance

: Conduct regular site visits to oversee MEP installations and ensure quality control Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met

Risk Management and Problem-Solving

: Identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise during the project Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices Provide technical support and expertise during project meetings and presentations

Contract Negotiation and Budget Management

: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment Ensure cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation

Commissioning and Handover

: Oversee the commissioning and handover of MEP systems to clients Ensure that all MEP installations and systems meet industry standards, local regulations, and client requirements

Technical expertise

: Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards

Project management

: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Leadership and communication

: Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams effectively

Problem-solving

: Ability to identify and mitigate risks, and implement innovative solutions

Budgeting and cost control

: Ability to manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
