Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
MEP Project Manager
with a strongmechanical engineering background
to oversee the execution of high-profile projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing MEP works, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and delivering projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all MEP works from planning to project handover. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality standards. Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and material submittals. Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 8+ years of MEP project management experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Proven leadership, communication, and client coordination skills. Familiarity with UAE construction codes, standards, and regulations.
