Job Description
5+ years
of experience in MEP systems in UAE.Currently available in UAE and able to join immediately.
Skills & Expertise Required
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & ELV systems design and implementation.
Bachelor's Degree
in one of the following:Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering
Master's in Construction Management or Project Management (can be advantageous)
Technical Skills
Proficiency with
project planning and scheduling tools
: (MS Project) Familiarity withdesign and BIM software
:(AutoCAD MEP, Revit) Understanding of: Local building codes, MEP coordination Energy efficiency and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED)Project Management Skills
Budget and cost control Risk and quality management Communication and leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,500.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
