Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and supervision.
Lead coordination between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
Review and approve project drawings, material submittals, and variation orders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Prepare and present progress and financial reports to management.
Oversee manpower allocation and material procurement to meet project timelines.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum
8-12 years of experience
in the UAE within construction or MEP projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (Primavera / MS Project).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
