Review plans and specifications according to the project. MEP System has to analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects. Plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others. Continually review the contractor's construction schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to MEP services and report to the General Manager on the same. Manage the day-to-day work of the MEP team. Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with MEP installations or general projects to the General Manager. Review the Contractor's installation method statements. Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the General Manager. Undertake a prior review of the Contractor's proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule. Managing and reviewing of pre-construction documentation provided by the contractor/s including shop drawings, material/ equipment submittals and samples, quality plans, and method statements. Reviewing of construction progress including programme and quality control/auditing. Working with the planning team to develop detailed and accurate programmes of work. Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
Monitor & report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion with desired standard of safety.

Plan & ensure optimum use of resources & monitor use against budget. Implement & enforce work schedule, completing 100% of task on time or earlier.

Close-out of MEP project documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5yrs successful professional MEP Project Manager. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. Thorough understanding of building codes and standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Proven track record on completing projects.
