Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical submissions and coordinate with consultants for approvals.
Supervise and inspect electrical works including LV panels, lighting, earthing, etc.
Monitor project milestones, manpower productivity, and material requirements.
Ensure adherence to DEWA and other authority regulations.
Support procurement team with BOQs and material submittals.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5-8 years experience in UAE/MENA construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical load calculations.
