The Role

MEP Project Director - Abu Dhabi 55-62,000 AED Per Month + Family Status Opportunity to step up to Operations Manager in 18-20 Months Influential Shareholders , Cash Rich & Genuine TIER 1 business Leading UAE MEP Sub-contracting Business with an impressive record across Data Centers, Residential, High Rise & High Technology Projects Based full time in Abu Dhabi your focus will be to deliver 2 Major Projects totaling circa 350 Million AED in Value. Projects consist of 4 Towers ranging from G+33-52 plus an Exclusive High End Luxury Villa Development. As Project Director based full time in Abu Dhabi you will take P&L, Delivery and accountability for all aspects reporting onto Head Office. Your immediate line manager will be the Operations Director covering the UAE & General Manager. The Client o Western Management o Well connected across Government Departments & Developers o Strong Financial backing and track record of treating staff & supply chain right o 35 Years + in business o Track record on Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Commercial & Technology Projects with MEP Contract Values from 80-700 Million AED o 17 Year relationship with Tim the Director of NSR Associates Having secured an impressive few awards and negotiated framework the outcome in Abu Dhabi for 2026,2027 is VERY bright. Duties: o Analyze technical drawings, programs, compliance and local Abu Dhabi regulations. o Schedule MEP installation to hit programs o Manage internal and external resources o Support project teams through strong management and mentoring o Keeping clear lines of communication up stream and down. Keeping everyone motivated and on course. o Ensure all contractual obligations are hit and compliant as per the contract and clients wishes with the best levels of quality, safety and workmanship on site. o Provide support for all stages of projects internally and externally from bidding through to final account.



Requirements

Clear track record in Abu Dhabi handling MEP projects across sectors mentioned (2 Projects) as No1 o Western Trained & Educated as per the clients wishes o 12 Years Post Graduate experience or relevant trade experience o CV shows ability to build handling Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing packages o Strong communication skills and confidence to client face o Based in Abu Dhabi and happy to live in Abu Dhabi full time. No commuting please. o Strong commercial & contractual awareness and able to protect your contract rights if needed working closely with the Commercial Manager. o Good local connections across clients & suppliers o Clear experience of the full delivery of MEP Services, from design conception to completion.
