(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) with civil and architectural teams.
Assist the MEP Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring site activities.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for approvals and execution.
Monitor progress, material delivery, and manpower for MEP works.
Identify and resolve MEP coordination and interface issues on site.
Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and minutes of meetings.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Maintain proper MEP documentation and records.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
or related field.
Experience in MEP coordination for building projects preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
Ability to read and coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
