Job Description

We are seeking a qualified

MEP Procurement Staff

to support our construction projects in Doha. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

materials and services in accordance with project requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for MEP materials and services Prepare and issue

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

and analyze commercial and technical offers Coordinate with Engineering, QS, and Project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet approved quality standards Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and material submittals Monitor market trends and recommend cost-effective procurement solutions Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

Minimum

3 years of experience

in MEP procurement within construction projects Experience in the

Qatar / GCC market

is highly preferred Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and technical specifications Good communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of MEP systems and materials Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Team player with good coordination skills Ability to handle multiple procurement activities simultaneously
