Job Description

The MEP Procurement is responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and services required for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of a construction project.

Responsibilities:



Receive and verify purchase requests from site projects and internal departments. Ensure descriptions, specifications, and quantities align with BOQ. Send inquiries to suppliers, evaluating stock availability, prices, quality, delivery times, and terms. Present procurement details to project sites or departments for approval. Collaborate with sites and storekeepers to monitor stock levels. Coordinate logistics for material collection, minimizing costs. Evaluate supplier performance, conduct interviews, and negotiate agreements. Update the Project Control sheet regularly to monitor purchases.

Must Require knowledge for MEP Suppliers in UAE


Qualifications:



Procurement or related role 3-5 years (MEP contracting company)

Proficiency in procurement software.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
