Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and versatile
MEP Multi Technician
to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance across all three disciplines.Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair work on MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, power, water supply, drainage, pumps, motors, etc. Respond to service requests and carry out inspections as required. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems when needed. Follow preventive maintenance schedules and update records. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for timely completion of tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trade. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the FM industry. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and pumps. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required. Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
