Able to get projects, negotiate and close the deals, find New clients, lead and promote the company in the market
Excellent contact in UAE markets mainly with MEP contractors.
Meeting consultants and having technical meetings for approval
Generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets.
A well-rounded salesperson with a solid track record in securing large and small MEP strong sales and marketing background complemented with communication skills and abilities.
Manage job requirements, efficiency, quality, and profitability as key performance areas.
Prepare monthly reports on achievements of targets and potential jobs.
Ability to create and maintain a relationship with a key contractor, consultant, developers, interior suppliers, facilities managers, and project managers, and other industry-related people.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIEREMENTS
Minimum 3 years MEP industry experience excellent English language skills, spoken fluently in Arabic will be an advantage.
Must have exceptional time management skills, be self-monitoring, highly motivated and possess strong communications.
Excellent Negotiation skills
Related industry know-how and experience
Holds a valid UAE driving license
