Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end mechanical scope of MEP projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
-Supervise site execution and coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, etc.).
-Monitor project progress, budget control, and compliance with specifications.
-Oversee subcontractors, materials, and technical documentation.
-Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and government authorities for approvals.
-Ensure adherence to local codes and standards (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in MEP project management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects.
Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
Familiarity with local regulations and authority procedures.
