Our client is trusted by leading organizations throughout the UAE to deliver essential and sustainable facilities management services, 24 hours a day. They are currently recruiting MEP manager for one of the largest hospitals in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a professional managerial service on all engineering, building and related operational matters with direct responsibility for a large professional and technical workforce, contracts and financial control of large budget

- Lead with an ability to drive forward change and develop a strong team ethos with a highly experienced in-house Estates workforce

- Deliver significant improvements that will support the Estates Directorate, and work with the other senior estates engineers to formulate a 5 year rolling estates capital programs, and an implementation plans to deliver estates sustainability strategy and targets

- Have responsibility for leading and developing the Estates teams on site and for the development of an efficient and reliable estate service together with the management of the Estates Hard Facilities Management infrastructure and the wider Estates function, to provide a high quality, proactive and responsive service to the site

Requirements:

- University Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from recognized / accredited universities and approved by ministry of Education, UAE and PMP certified

- 12 years total experience out of which 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Acute Care Hospitals with beds or more

- Experience of developing and managing relationships with external service providers

- Proven track record in managing complex portfolios and projects

- Strong and clear communication across all levels of the organization

- Agile thinker with the ability to react flexibly with a focus on changing environments
