We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our MEP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs and installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with MEP systems.
- Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of MEP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
- Monitor and control energy consumption of MEP systems to ensure cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP maintenance and implement them as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid professional license or certification in MEP maintenance is preferred.
