Job Summary: Looking for MEP Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a relevant Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 5 or more years of UAE experience working as an MEP foreman or similar position
Mus have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and develop effective solutions
Should be able to motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve project objectives
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks as well as priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
Strong commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
Proficiency in using computer applications for communication, documentation, and reporting
Relevant certifications in MEP systems, project management, or safety will be a plus
Male candidates can apply
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Must have good knowledge of electrical and plumbing works
