We are Interior Fit Out company and looking urgently for cost estimator in MEP to join our team.

Study tender drawing and specification including drawing, specification and scope of work.
Study tender BOQ, quantities take off, sending inquiries to the / subcontractors vendors to get competitive quotations.
Responsible for the Submission of BOQ earlier than the Submission date to allow review.
Conduct Site Inspection or Survey Prior to Tender pricing and fill ISO forms.
Send to Suppliers and Subcontractor the Sorted Scope Inquiry & Follow up Quotation.
Accurately Quantify Scope and Material.
Prepare BOQ in reference with supplier specification and Latest Drawing, Any Alternative must be clearly mention or highlighted.
Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, and related documents.
Arrange Sample Request to Each supplier and its Collection to be place on Boards.
Prepare Material Take-off.
Inform all Involve Section for Tender Attachment such us Program, Bonds & Insurance to be prepared and be ready for Tender Submission.
Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
