Overseeing and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at site
Reviewing and understanding MEP designs, IFC drawings, and coordinating with steel and civil works
Handling approvals and documentation as per UAE Civil Defense standards
Managing subcontractors and ensuring work progress as per schedule
Monitoring installation of HVAC systems, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems, drainage and water supply systems
Conducting site inspections, quality checks and ensuring compliance with project specifications
Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and coordinating with project managers
Supporting technical submissions, RFI responses, and material approvals
Ensuring safety and adherence to UAE regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Valid Dubai Municipality Yellow Card is mandatory
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in MEP contracting environment
Strong understanding of MEP coordination with steel structures
Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design basics & site management
Strong knowledge of UAE codes, NFPA standards & Civil Defense compliance
Excellent communication & team coordination skills
Valid UAE Driving License -
