What You'll Be Doing:

Review design reports and provide review comments.
Plan check reviews of MEP/FP Design drawings, specs and scopes during several design phases.
Oversee A/E and CM Consultant works as the Owner Rep.
Coordinate with SEWA regarding program demand load forecasts, HV & LV side, substation site selections, ring main routings, SEWA permitting and CASE IDs.
Manage the interface of all MEP services between different contract packages in design and construction phases.
Project-manage and oversee design and CM of New CUP Facility, Utilidors, PTB and Water Pump Station and TES.
Project manage and oversee design and CM on ELV Systems and BMS system, BMS system cross integration with legacy BMS system.
Review scope and variances regarding MEP/FP and FLS systems.
Review and approve work scopes regarding smoke management and evacuation systems.
Write program briefs for MEP/FP systems.
Review and evaluate HVAC calculations.
Perform other related duties as required for the position.
