Job Description

JASARA Program Management Company (JASARA PMC) is currently seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team. As an MEP Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure the successful implementation of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to meet project requirements and industry standards * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of MEP systems * Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues and provide solutions * Perform calculations and simulations to determine system capacities, load requirements, and energy efficiency * Prepare technical reports, documentation, and drawings for MEP systems * Monitor and inspect the installation and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards * Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance to construction teams * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 10 years of experience in utility works, MEP works, specifications, and testing and commissioning (T&C) * In-depth knowledge of MEP system design, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems * Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools * Familiarity with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively * Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
