Job Description

PTWL is seeking an experienced

MEP Engineer

with expertise in swimming pools, water features, and waterfalls, including

plumbing and electrical systems

, to join our team. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and technical execution while ensuring all projects meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Monitoring

Maintain and monitor

project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

Develop and implement project strategies and ensure deadlines are met Assess project risks and provide solutions for potential issues

Coordination & Communication

Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings Document and follow up on important decisions and actions from meetings Prepare presentation materials and project submittals for meetings Ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed and aligned with project goals

Technical & Administrative Support

Prepare and submit required project documentation on time Ensure all projects adhere to approved frameworks, standards, and procedures Chair and facilitate project meetings where needed, distributing minutes to all team members Create and maintain a

project management calendar

to track objectives and deliverables Provide administrative and technical support as required for project execution

Project Execution

Undertake project-specific tasks as needed to support team and project objectives Monitor construction and installation of

plumbing, electrical systems, pools, waterfalls, and water features

Ensure compliance with SOE, DM regulations, and engineering standards
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

or a related field Minimum

5 years of experience

in

swimming pool, water feature, or waterfall projects

Strong

plumbing and electrical knowledge

relevant to water feature installations Membership with

SOE

and

DM certification

as an engineer Valid

UAE Driving License

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to work

independently

and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficient in

Microsoft Office applications

(Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of file management, documentation, and administrative procedures Ability to

meet tight deadlines

and manage multiple priorities effectively
