Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
Assess project risks and prepare value engineering proposals.
Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams for budget control.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Mandatory
UAE experience
in MEP estimation.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation tools.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimation software
