Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Technical Leadership

Lead the design, review, and approval of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, drainage, ELV systems). Ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards, and project specifications. Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system modeling using relevant software. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

2. Project Management

Plan, schedule, and monitor MEP activities to meet project timelines. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts. Manage MEP contractors and ensure quality workmanship on-site. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates.

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control

Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance. Identify and resolve technical issues during construction. Ensure safety standards and best engineering practices are followed. Witness testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and suppliers. Support procurement by evaluating technical offers and vendor proposals. Participate in project meetings and provide expert technical input.

5. Leadership & Mentoring

Guide junior engineers and draftsmen. Provide technical training and support to project teams. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in MEP design and execution.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. 8-12+ years of experience in MEP design and site execution. Experience in high-rise buildings, villas Ready to join Having car and license .

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Dialux, ETAP, or similar tools. Strong understanding of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IPC, etc.). Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
