Mep Engineer
Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Planning: Develop detailed MEP designs, calculations, and technical specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems to ensure efficient building functionality.
Site Supervision and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring installation complies with local Dubai regulations (such as DEWA, municipality codes) and international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE).
Project Management: Monitor construction schedules, manage materials, and ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Perform testing and commissioning of systems, ensuring quality standards are met before handover.
Coordination and Documentation: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design conflicts and prepare as-built drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and Dialux.
Strong knowledge of local regulations (DEWA, Dubai Municipality).
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
3-5 years of UAE experience
as an MEP EngineerJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
