Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP works (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting) at site Review and ensure compliance of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals Coordinate with civil, architectural disciplines to avoid clashes Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety standards Attend coordination meetings with consultants and clients Ensure timely completion of works within the project schedule Prepare progress reports and technical documentation Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

3-4 years of MEP experience in Dubai, UAE Strong knowledge of UAE authorities' regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.) Experience in residential and commercial projects Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams Must Have UAE Driving License
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
