Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, driven MEP engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits

The MEP engineer should be a critical thinker and have sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems. You must also possess a certain level of creativity to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems in infrastructure projects. Coordinate with various stakeholders including project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP works. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Prepare and review project documentation, including design plans, technical reports, and progress updates. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality expectations. Reviewing heat load calculations (HAP Outputs) and ESP calculations and associated selections. Reviewing Hydraulic Head calculations. Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group. Handling of Authorities like DEWA,DCD,DM and all local authorities.

Requirements:

Minimum of

3-5 years of UAE experience

in the infrastructure industry. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field. Valid

UAE Driving License

optional Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and MEP design tools.
