Job Description

We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are currently looking for a

MEP Engineer

to join our dynamic team in UAE to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Position : MEP Engineer

Location : United Arab Emirates

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on site

Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and authority requirements

Approve materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specs.

Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems

Monitor progress, quality, and safety of MEP activities

Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction.

Assist in scheduling electrical tasks and report project progress.

Coordinate with consultants and authorities for inspections and approvals

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

Proven experience as an MEP Engineer

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems

Familiarity with local authority regulations and standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good communication and coordination skills

- UAE License Preferred

Experience

: 3-5 years of relevant experience as MEP Engineer.
