Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and implement designs from technical drawings and specifications.

Oversee site progress, coordinate with Foreman and team

Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and functioning of MEP systems

Prepare 2 week expected tasks and targets to be achieved

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, Civil Engineer and Project managers

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and documentation.

Design and review MEP systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings

Coordinate with contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD and other tools

Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system optimization

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction and post-occupancy phases

Identify and resolve technical issues on site

Prepare reports, material submittals, and method statements

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Manage subcontractors and vendors related to MEP works

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

Prepare invoices for job completion as per BOQ

Skills Required

Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing networks

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP design or site execution

AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM proficiency

Knowledge of building codes and standards

Familiarity with local authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)

Problem solving and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Site management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
