Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for fit-out projects, ensuring seamless coordination, technical compliance, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP work plans, schedules, and installation sequences. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of all MEP services. Verify MEP layouts for compliance with client requirements, approved drawings, and applicable building codes. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and datasheets for MEP equipment and systems. Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-current systems. Conduct inspections to ensure proper installation, performance, and compliance with specifications and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in fit-out projectsUAE Driving License
