Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
UAE Driving License is a must.
Ability to join on an
immediate basis
is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site coordination, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all MEP works for ongoing fit-out projects.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare progress reports and support project planning.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
