Should have Minimum 3 Years UAE experience Specially HVAC.

Design & Technical Review

Review IFC drawings, design intent, and technical specifications for all MEP systems. Prepare shop drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal design teams for technical approvals.

2. Project Coordination

Coordinate MEP activities with civil, joinery, and interiors teams to avoid site clashes and ensure seamless execution. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design and installation standards. Prepare material submittals, RFIs, and method statements.

3. Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee installation of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, ELV, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. Manage subcontractors, track progress, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot site issues and propose technical solutions.

4. Testing & Commissioning

Plan and execute testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems. Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and compliance certificates.

5. Procurement & Cost Control

Prepare BOQs and material take-offs for MEP works. Evaluate supplier quotations and support procurement team with technical comparisons. Monitor project budgets and avoid material wastage.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure installations comply with local codes (HVAC, electrical, fire, and plumbing regulations). Implement QA/QC procedures and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3-7 years of MEP experience in interior fit-out (offices, retail, F&B, hospitality preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office. Strong coordination, communication, and site supervision skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple fast-track projects.

Preferred Experience

Fit-out projects such as offices, restaurants, clinics, retail stores, and hospitality spaces. Experience in authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD, ADDC, DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defense--adjust per region). Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
