Core responsibilities
Design and planning:
Create detailed designs for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems, perform energy efficiency calculations, and conduct load calculations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
Compliance and standards:
Ensure all systems meet local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project management:
Oversee installation on-site, manage project schedules and budgets, and coordinate the work of contractors.
Quality control:
Conduct inspections, perform testing and commissioning of systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure functionality and efficiency.
System integration:
Manage the installation of communication and security systems, such as fire alarms, intercoms, and CCTV, as part of the overall building infrastructure.
Required skills
Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing principles.
Proficiency in design software, including CAD and BIM.

Experience
:Candidate should have minimum 2-5 year experience in MEP Field .
Degree:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably one with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of regulations:
A thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry advancements.
